1. Services Overview

Bring My Customer provides B2B outbound sales development services, including but not limited to:

  • Lead sourcing and list building
  • Cold email outreach
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Appointment setting
  • Sales development support
  • Strategy consultation

We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information
  • Respond to communication in a timely manner
  • Attend scheduled strategy and onboarding calls
  • Provide access to necessary tools (CRM, email accounts, LinkedIn, etc.) if required
  • Ensure their product/service is lawful and compliant

We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of client cooperation.

3. No Guarantee of Results

While we use proven outbound systems and strategies, we do not guarantee:

  • A specific number of meetings
  • Closed deals or revenue outcomes
  • Response rates
  • Sales conversion rates

Sales performance depends on multiple factors including market conditions, offer strength, pricing, competition, and sales execution.

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees are agreed upon prior to service commencement.
  • Payments must be made on time as outlined in the agreement or invoice.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If payment fails or is disputed without valid reason, we reserve the right to terminate services immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Bring My Customer, including but not limited to:

  • Messaging scripts
  • Outreach frameworks
  • Sales systems
  • Training materials
  • Strategic documentation

remain the intellectual property of Bring My Customer unless otherwise agreed.

Clients may use materials internally for their business but may not resell, redistribute, or replicate our systems commercially.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential:

  • Business strategies
  • Prospect data
  • CRM information
  • Internal documentation
  • Financial details

Confidential information shall not be shared with third parties without written consent.

7. Compliance & Legal Use

Clients agree that:

  • Their product/service complies with all applicable laws
  • They are authorized to market and sell their offering
  • They will not use our services for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activity

Bring My Customer is not liable for client legal violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bring My Customer shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Data loss
  • Platform account restrictions (e.g., email or LinkedIn bans)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the most recent billing period.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party tools such as:

  • Email platforms
  • LinkedIn
  • CRM systems
  • SMS providers
  • Analytics tools

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services based on the terms agreed in the service agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

  • Client engages in unlawful activity
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Client breaches these Terms

Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable.

11. SMS & Communications Consent

By providing your phone number or contact information, you agree to receive communication from Bring My Customer, including:

  • Email updates
  • Appointment reminders
  • Service notifications
  • SMS communications

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

Standard message and data rates may apply.

12. Data Protection

We handle personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of:
